The Population Data Science’s Summer internship programme is back!
Part of our ongoing commitment is to bring forward the next generation of data scientists, researchers and developers. The Population Data Science internship programme allows us to introduce our interns to a range of different opportunities whilst working within world-leading groups at Swansea University.
The interns gain real-world experience and access to anonymised healthcare records and technical systems/platforms, along with active participation in research centres and groups, to develop their skills and acquire experience for themselves and their future careers.
The showcase will feature presentations from each intern sharing the projects they have worked on over the summer. An independent judging panel (made up of academics, policy and public members) will conclude the event by awarding prizes.
